About Me

Alicia L
I was diagnosed recently with a Gluten Sensitivity.  This is not Celiac's or an Allergy.   My body does have a reaction, but not an autoimmune response.  So I created this blog to chronicle my journey in adapting to the new life style and keeping track of progress and new things to try!  It's started to evolve into a bit of a personal unloading too.  I guess it's OK to have both in one place, because, after all, there is more to life than food.   Did I just say that???
