Gluten free Meatloaf

Meatloaf ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef

2 eggs

1 packet gluten free French onion soup mix (may try two next time)

1 packet gluten free gravy mix

1 cup dried gluten free breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Ketchup Mixture

3/4 C brown Sugar

1 1/2 C Ketchup

A couple dashes of hot sauce (I use Tabasco Chipotle for a little smokiness)

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the meatloaf ingredients.

Form into a loaf shape and place on a cookie lightly greased cookie sheet.   Top with the ketchup topping mixture.  Add a little water to your cookie sheet.  

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs.   Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature is safe.   

Serve with mashed tateys and enjoy
