So I have tried Buffalo Wild Wings recently, and I am a big fan
of their traditional wings. Most of their sauces are gluten free. I
have enjoyed the honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan and the Chipotle BBQ dry rub. All
have been tasty. I know for some folks who have celiac's or full blown
allergy the possible cross contamination in the fryer may not be worth it.
Luckily I have been ok so far.
Side note, they have a small wine list, but the Cabernet
Sauvignon goes really nicely with the wings. Offsets the slight spiciness
wonderfully.
